How to Book your NAI'A Trip

To Book your Charter

Booking your NAI'A dive adventure directly with us is simple! Just check out our upcoming schedules for current availability. If space is availible, you may use the ´Request Booking´ button to reserve space on that charter. If you are an Agent or Group Leader, please contact the NAI'A office directly to make a booking. We will hold your reservation for ten working days pending arrival of your deposit, which serves to confirm your booking. Prior to your cruise, we will need you to complete our Pre-Cruise Paperwork.

With infinite regret we must acknowledge the inexorable increase in the cost of oil and institute a fuel surcharge based on the actual cost of diesel fuel delivered to NAI'A. To avoid unpleasant surprises, we will determine the amount of the fuel surcharge three months before the beginning of the charter. You can pay this surcharge with your last payment or the surcharge can be collected on board.

Deposits for Individual Bookings

The deposit for individuals on each charter is equal to one third of the total charter cost and is due within 10 working days of booking. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Deposits and final payment can be made by wire transfer, or credit card.

If you are making a payment using a credit card, please print and fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to us in Fiji.

Returning Guests: All returning passengers are entitled to a Vinaka Discount. A 9th return trip qualifies passengers for our NAI'A Gold Level Passenger status and a $1000 discount off the trip plus all future trips!"Vinaka".

We strongly recommend that each guest purchase comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance when space is reserved. Please be advised that if a guest chooses NOT to purchase trip insurance, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED BY REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. In the event that it is necessary for NAI'A to cancel or interrupt a charter due to weather or any "Act of God" which is beyond our control, there will be no refund or credit issued. We also highly recommend diver accident insurance.

Cancellation and Change Policy for Individual Bookings

  • 20% fee (of the total charter cost) for cancellation within 180 days of departure.
  • No refund for cancellation within 90 days of departure.
  • After the deposit is received, all revisions will be subject to a $50.00 per person handling fee.

No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used dive packages. Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, and yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Due to our remote location and the nature of liveaboards, we must depend upon advanced reservations. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days prior to departure we will refund the total paid less an administration fee ONLY if we manage to rebook the space AND the vessel is full. Substitution of passengers is permitted.
