Prices are given in US dollars. Charter price includes tax, scheduled transfers (1:00pm pick up) to the ship from the airport or hotels in the Nadi area, scheduled transfers (8:00am departure) back to Nadi at the end of the charter, all meals aboard ship, double occupancy accommodation, tanks, weights, and unlimited air refills.
Charter price does not include gratuities, alcoholic beverages (other than the house wine served at dinner), NITROX, gear or camera rentals, and sundry personal purchases from the ship's store.
*Currently we do not have to charge a fuel surcharge because the cost of fuel has dropped. NAI’A is a very fuel-efficient ship that allows an extensive itinerary to the best diving in Fiji but even so we use nearly 5,000 litres of diesel on 7-day charters and 6,500l on 10-day charters, plus petrol for the two skiffs. We can’t shorten our expeditions and still provide the quality of diving that our passengers expect. The cost of fuel continues to fluctuate and we adjust the surcharge monthly but once you’ve paid we won’t come after you for more later on….
Gratuities
On NAI’A gratuities are not included and are totally at your discretion. If you would like to reward the crew for exceptional service, the industry standard is approximately 10%-15% of the published price of the charter. We divide all gratuities equally among the entire crew.
Payment of gratuities can be by cash or credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa).
